		<description>There are a lot of &quot;theories&quot; about chords. But I think it is necessary to sign this 7th if it is in chord. Because C9 should contain 1st, 3rd, 5th and 9th without 7th, but C7/9 =1,3,5,7 and 9. Although i saw, that my C9 somebody name C add9. But i think this is not right.</description>

Since it understood that those chords contain a 7th, is it still necessary to write out the full name, or are A13 and A7-13 different chords?
